I stopped using AirBnB for some time now. I’ve done multiple bookings in the past, some for several weeks and after 3 bad experiences with some hosts just stopped using it.
They over a good service but take no responsibility at all. Just like you, I’ve received a “no response will be given email”.
I can’t imagine what would happen if I would run my business like that. Luckily there are other platforms out there.
